The Gift is a heartwarming Christmas musical that weaves the enchanting tale of three spirited elf sisters: Holly, Carol, and Spark. These determined siblings share a simple yet grand dream—to join Santa's elite elf team and play a pivotal role in spreading Christmas joy worldwide.

Their lives take an unexpected turn when three wise men, seeking Santa's assistance, mistake the trio for Santa's trusted helpers. In a surprising twist, Holly, Carol, and Spark find themselves entrusted with the task of delivering special gifts on behalf of the wise men.

The Gift is designed to be enjoyed by all ages and has something for everyone. However, we understand that babies and younger children may become restless at times. If that happens, you’re welcome to step out to the foyer—our friendly hosts will be on hand to assist however they can.

Yes, tickets are required to help us manage capacity. Admission is free, but please book in advance to secure your seat.

The performance lasts around 80 minutes with no interval. We recommend arriving early to find your seat and enjoy the atmosphere.

Yes. Glow Church UK is fully accessible with step-free access, accessible toilets, and designated seating for those with additional needs. If you need assistance, please let us know when booking or speak to a host on arrival.

Yes, we have free on-site parking, including spaces for blue badge holders. Stewards will be available to guide you when you arrive. We also have overflow car parks available should our main car park become full. Please allow time to park so you don't miss the start of the show.

Yes—Trio, will be open before and after the show serving cold drinks and treats. It’s a great place to gather with friends or family.

Yes, but space inside the main auditorium is limited. There will be a designated area in the foyer for buggy parking.

Absolutely! The Gift is designed with guests in mind and is a fantastic introduction to the joy and message of Christmas. Everyone is welcome.

After each performance, you're invited to our free Meet & Greet Exhibition. It’s a great opportunity to take photos with cast members, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and create special memories with your family and friends.

Yes—you can make a donation by becoming a 'Friend of The Gift'

When you become a ‘Friend of The Gift’, you’re not just giving — you’re partnering with us to bring joy, wonder, and hope to thousands of people in our community this Christmas. We’ve created 3 groups of Friends so that everyone — from individuals to families to local businesses — can play a part in making the magic possible.

Helper – £25

• Regular updates from the team throughout the year.

Partner – £250

• All of the above, plus:

• Your name or business logo featured in the show programme.

• Signed programme with handwritten message from the Director.

• Complimentary ‘Friends of The Gift’ mug

Champion – £500

• All of the above, plus:

• Reserved seats for extended family or guests.

• Complimentary treats and refreshments during the show.

• Recognition in the programme as a Champion Friend.

Seats are not assigned. While a ticket is required to enter, seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to get the best seats and enjoy the full experience.

Doors open 60 minutes before showtime, giving you plenty of time to find your seat, grab a drink from Trio, and soak up the festive atmosphere.
