Andrew & Louise Cherrie

LEAD PASTORS​

​

Andrew and Louise Cherrie are the Lead Pastors of Glow Church, passionate about building a healthy, growing local church where people can encounter Jesus, find genuine belonging and grow in faith.

​

Andrew is passionate about building the local church, developing leaders and helping people live with purpose. A preacher, speaker, leadership coach and church consultant, he has a heart to see both people and churches flourish.

​

Louise is a preacher and author with a deep passion for prayer and a conviction that prayer changes outcomes. She is the founder of She Stands, a growing movement encouraging and strengthening women in every season of life.

​

Together, Andrew and Louise are passionate about strengthening marriages, parenting and building healthy families, including through Glow’s annual Parenting Conference. They have both authored books and resources designed to help people grow in their faith and everyday lives.

​

Married for nearly 30 years and parents to five children, Andrew and Louise believe the local church should help people build a faith that works not only on Sundays, but in the reality of everyday life.

Leadership & Governance

Glow Church is committed to being led with wisdom, integrity and accountability. Our leadership and governance structure provides spiritual oversight, responsible organisational governance and meaningful relationships with the wider Church.

Our Elders provide spiritual oversight, prayer and counsel, helping to guard the health, doctrine and direction of the church and supporting the Lead Pastors in their leadership.

Our Board of Directors carry responsibility for the governance of Glow as a registered charity, including financial oversight, legal responsibilities, safeguarding the organisation and ensuring its resources are stewarded responsibly

Affiliations & Partnerships

Glow is also connected with the Evangelical Alliance, Assemblies of God Great Britain and Churches Together, giving us meaningful relationships, partnership and accountability beyond our own church. We value being part of the wider Church and working alongside others who share our commitment to Jesus and the advancement of the Gospel.
