We have many teams where you can make a difference in the lives of others—some which are Sunday-based, and others that serve during the week in the church office and throughout the community.

Step 1
Attending Sunday Services
The first step to joining our team at Glow is to attend our Sunday services. You'll get a feel for who we are, what we believe, and how we live out our faith together.
Step 2
Welcome Lunch
Join us for our Welcome to Glow Lunch. You'll have the opportunity to meet our pastors, learn about our vision, and discover where we're headed as a community.
Step 3
Chat With A Team Leader
One of our leaders will chat with you to explain how volunteering at Glow will work in practice as well as outlining our values, expectations and commitment.

So Many Opportunities
Next it's time to consider the many teams and opportunities at Glow, choosing one that you're passionate about and commit to. We want serving at Glow to be a blessing to you, so consider serving where you are gifted and be careful not to over commit. Our goal is to have a healthy team, which includes you being healthy too!
SUNDAY HOSPITALITY
Join a team that helps everyone feel at home, whether you're serving coffee on the Trio Team, guiding cars in the car park, welcoming guests and helping them to their seats on the Host Team, or keeping everyone safe on the Venue Safety Team. Each role creates a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where people can connect and feel valued.
GLOW KIDS & YOUTH
Make a lasting impact on the next generation at Glow, whether you're leading in Glow Kids on Sundays or midweek toddler groups, creating a safe and fun space for children to learn about Jesus, supporting kids with sensory needs in our midweek Sensory Space, or mentoring youth and young adults through Glow Youth & YA. Every role helps young people grow in faith, confidence, and community.
SOUND & LIGHTING
Use your creativity and skills behind the scenes to help make church happen. Whether you're running audio, visuals or lighting on the Production Team, designing spaces that feel like home, or capturing moments and sharing stories through design, photography, or social media on the Comms & Media Team. Every role helps bring excellence and heart to all we do.
SINGING & ACTING
Use your musical or creative talents to lead others into God’s presence, whether you're part of the Worship Team, singing in our Easter Choir, or performing in our Christmas musical The Gift. Each opportunity helps bring moments of joy, meaning, and connection to our church and wider community.
PEOPLE CARE
Support and strengthen our church community through leadership and care. Whether you're leading a Connect Group, creating space for people to grow in faith together, lifting others up through intercession on the Prayer Team, or offering comfort and support as part of the Pastoral Care team. Each role helps people feel seen, supported, and spiritually nourished.
GLOW CARES
Be part of sharing care and connection with others. Whether it's visiting local nursing homes once a month through Elderly Outreach, bringing comfort and joy to residents, or helping create a welcoming space at Wellbeing Wednesday where people can build friendships over coffee and home-baked treats. Both teams are all about compassion, conversation, and community.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Help care for Glow’s facilities by joining the Garden & Maintenance team, where you can tackle tasks from gardening to repairs, or support the Conference & Events team by welcoming and assisting visitors when we host community events. You can also serve on The Gift hospitality team each Christmas, greeting guests and helping create a warm, festive atmosphere for all.
