Leading at Glow
This 5-part audio podcast series is designed to equip new and emerging leaders at Glow Church with the foundations of leadership in our context. Each session explores key aspects of what it means to lead well at Glow – spiritually, culturally, and practically. Each episode includes reflection questions to help participants engage with the content personally. At the end of the series, leaders are invited to complete a self-certification and book a 1:1 follow-up conversation with their leader to discuss their learning, next steps, and any questions.

Explores the spiritual nature of leadership, the heart of servant leadership, and the personal responsibility we carry as culture-shaping leaders. Leadership isn’t about position; it’s about presence, posture, and faithfulness.

Over four sessions, you’ll explore the weight and wonder of senior leadership, how to lead people (not just tasks), how to carry culture into every room, and how to guard your soul while growing your influence. Each session is audio-based and self-paced, with space for honest reflection and personal challenge. You’ll also receive ongoing support through 6-monthly check-ins with trusted leadership coaches, offering tailored feedback, accountability, and guidance for the road ahead.
