Men at Glow
At Glow, we believe strong churches are built on strong, godly men. Men who take responsibility for their faith, their families and their influence. Growth does not happen in isolation. It happens in community, in service and in the steady rhythm of church life.
Many men at Glow are actively growing through Sunday services, Connect Groups and serving across our teams. Whether leading, supporting or simply turning up consistently, church life provides real opportunity for men to deepen their faith, build friendships and strengthen their character. From worship to welcome, production to pastoral care, there is space for men to step in and grow.
The Iron Series
The Iron Series is a men’s initiative at Glow built around formation through brotherhood. We are committed to becoming stronger, godly men together. As iron sharpens iron, so one man strengthens another.
This is not a conference or a men’s service. It is a defined series of seven activity-based gatherings across the year, designed to build strength through shared experience.
From mountain ascents and away days, to dads and lads camping weekends, golf days and retreat nights away, each gathering is centred on connection, stretch and honest conversation. Some moments challenge us physically. Others deepen friendships. All of them are shaped to strengthen character, discipline and faith in the company of other men who are serious about pursuing God.
