Leadership is shaped, not just taught.

GLA is for adults aged 18+ who want to be stretched, developed and immersed in the life of Glow Church. Through hands-on ministry placement, leadership training, theological development, mentoring and community, participants will grow in both their character and their capacity to lead.

Who is it for?

GLA is open to adults aged 18 and over who are committed to the vision and values of Glow Church and are looking to grow in their faith, leadership, and ministry experience. Participants should be regularly attending Sunday services, willing to serve and learn, teachable, committed to personal growth, and able to fulfil the requirements of the programme. No previous leadership experience is required. GLA is designed for people with potential, hunger, faithfulness, and a desire to make a greater contribution to the life of the Church.
