Strength for the Stretch
She Stands is a space for women to gather, worship, and grow in strength and faith. Hosted by Ps Louise and the team, each gathering brings a message that is real, grounded, and encouraging, alongside moments to pause, reflect, and be refreshed. This is not about having everything together. It is about finding strength in the middle of real life and learning to stand in every season.
Across the year, we gather for three signature evenings designed to strengthen your faith and build genuine connection. Whether you are in a season of joy, pressure, change, or uncertainty, you will find space to breathe, to hear from God, and to be reminded that you are not alone in what you carry.

A Place for Every Woman
These gatherings are open to all women, all ages, and all churches. You do not need to register. You do not need to prepare. Just come along to Glow as you are. Come on your own or bring someone with you. You will be welcomed, valued, and included from the moment you arrive.
Entry is free, and Glow Kids will be running to support families, making it easy for you to be part of the night. Whether this is your first time or you have been part of Glow for years, there is a place for you here. This is a community where women can grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and stand strong together.
